Gifts Under $20 for Coworkers and Secret Santa
Office gift exchanges usually come with a limit, and $20 is one of the most common. The trick is finding something that's actually funny, isn't too personal, and doesn't go straight into a drawer. A mug checks all three boxes.
Every mug in our shop is $10.99, which leaves a little room for a bag of coffee or cocoa if your limit is $20 (shipping is added at checkout, so check the total). Each one is an 11 oz ceramic mug. Here they are, grouped by holiday.
Christmas and winter mugs
For the coworker who's protective of the office tree.
A cat supervising the tree coming down. Good for cat people and late gift swaps.
A penguin in every scarf it owns, for the person who keeps a space heater under their desk.
A pug that mostly fits in a stocking. Easy for any dog lover.
Hanukkah mugs
A classic blue and gold menorah design. It's simple, festive, and a safe choice when you don't know someone well.
An orange cat sitting on a tall stack of latkes.
A bear in striped pajamas raising two mugs of its own.
Thanksgiving mugs
A frog relaxing in a gravy boat. A good fit for a November swap or a Friendsgiving host.
A retired turkey enjoying its pardon.
Tips for office gift exchanges
- Keep it neutral: funny animals are safer than jokes about work, age or politics.
- Not sure of their holiday? The penguin mug is a winter design, not a Christmas one, so it works for almost anyone.
- Ship it to yourself: for an in-person exchange, order to your own address so you can wrap it.
- Add a small extra: a packet of hot cocoa or tea bags makes a mug feel like a full gift.
Order-by suggestions
Every mug is printed after you order it, which takes 2–7 business days, plus carrier time. To be safe, order by about November 9 for Thanksgiving (November 26), about November 16 for the first night of Hanukkah (December 4), and about December 7 for Christmas (December 25). If your office party is earlier, count back from the party date, not the holiday.

Order-by suggestions (not guarantees): for Thanksgiving (Thu, Nov 26, 2026), order by about Nov 9 to be safe. For the first night of Hanukkah (Fri, Dec 4, 2026), order by about Nov 16. For Christmas (Fri, Dec 25), order by about Dec 7. Carriers get slower in December, so earlier is better.
