Funny Stocking Stuffers for Adults Under $15: Ornaments and Printable Kits

By the Stuff Your Stocking team · Updated Oct 26, 2026 · ~3 min read

Stocking stuffers for adults are harder than they look. They have to be small, cheap enough to buy a few, and still feel like a real gift. The hard part is finding something they'll actually keep.

Everything below is under $15 before shipping and small enough to fit in a stocking. There are two kinds: a funny ornament that goes on the tree every year, and a printable kit for the person who wants a fresh start on their budget in January.

Funny ornaments ($9.49)

Each one is a round ceramic ornament with a gold hanging string and a retro illustrated animal. It's small enough to tuck into the toe of a stocking.

Printable kits ($3.99 to $14.99)

For the friend who keeps saying they'll start a budget in January, a printable kit is a small, useful gift. They're instant downloads from our shop, in Excel, Google Sheets and printable PDF. Print a page, roll it up with a ribbon, and put it in the stocking with a note.

  • 52-Week Savings Challenge ($3.99): classic, reverse and custom savings charts. It's the smallest gift here.
  • Paycheck Budget + Debt Payoff Kit ($6.99): a paycheck planner, bill tracker and debt payoff calculator.
  • Money Reset Mega Bundle ($14.99): all four of our kits in one download.

Not ready to spend anything? Our one-page bill tracker is free.

Tips for filling a stocking

  • Mix one real gift with small extras: an ornament plus a few treats fills a stocking without much spending.
  • For coworkers: the penguin and the hen are the safest picks for people you don't know well.
  • Check the total: prices here are before shipping. If you're buying several ornaments, order them together.
  • Need the stocking too? Our pug, possum and hen stockings are in our white elephant gifts under $25 guide.

When to order

The ornaments are printed after you order them. That takes 2–7 business days, plus carrier shipping time. For Christmas (Friday, December 25), we suggest ordering by about December 7. These are suggestions, not guarantees, and carriers get slower in December. The printable kits are instant downloads, so they work as a last-minute gift.

Good to know before you order. Every item is printed to order after you buy it, so allow 2–7 business days to make it, plus carrier shipping time. Order a little early if it needs to arrive by a set date. Prices are shown on each product page; larger shirt sizes cost a bit more. There are no affiliate links in this guide; these are our own designs. Questions about an order: wfhelp@mail.grokbot.com.

Order-by suggestions (not guarantees): for Thanksgiving (Thu, Nov 26, 2026), order by about Nov 9 to be safe. For the first night of Hanukkah (Fri, Dec 4, 2026), order by about Nov 16. For Christmas (Fri, Dec 25), order by about Dec 7. Carriers get slower in December, so earlier is better.
