Hanukkah Gifts for Coworkers Under $25: Mugs for the Desk
A work gift should be easy to take home, easy to use and a little bit personal without being too much. A mug does all three. It also lives on a desk, so it's a small reminder that someone thought of them.
These are the Hanukkah mugs in our shop right now. Each one is an 11 oz white ceramic mug, and each costs $10.99 before shipping. That leaves room under a $25 limit for a second mug or a small add-on, like cocoa or a bag of coffee.
For the coworker who likes a joke
A white cat wearing a medal next to a dreidel, under the words "Dreidel Champion." It suits the coworker who's competitive about everything, including office games.
An orange cat sitting on a tall stack of latkes like it's in charge, with "Latke Stack Supervisor." It's for the person who runs the potluck sign-up sheet.
A bear in striped pajamas holding up two jelly donuts, with "Eight Nights Of Snacks." It's an easy pick for the coworker who always knows where the snacks are.
For a boss, a client or someone you don't know well
A blue and gold Star of David pattern with "Happy Hanukkah" lettering. It's the most classic mug here and a safe choice for a manager or a client.
A blue and gold menorah with "Happy Hanukkah" lettering. Like the star mug, it's simple and works for almost anyone.
Not sure what they celebrate?
If you're buying for a group and don't know who celebrates what, a winter mug is the safer choice. This penguin wearing every scarf it owns has no holiday on it at all. It's also $10.99.
Tips for gifts at work
- Two for under $25: any two mugs here come to $21.98 before shipping. Shipping is added at checkout, so check the total if your limit includes it.
- Check the rules first: some workplaces have limits on gifts to managers or clients. Ask HR or the organizer if you're not sure.
- Funny or classic: the cats and the bear are the funny picks. The star and the menorah are the safer picks for a boss or a client.
- No sizes to guess: every item here is a mug, so it works for anyone.
When to order
In 2026, Hanukkah begins at sundown on Friday, December 4. Every mug is printed after you order it. That takes 2–7 business days, plus carrier shipping time. Ordering by about November 16 is a safe target for the first night. If you're handing it out at the office, count back from your last workday before the holiday instead. These are suggestions, not guarantees.

Order-by suggestions (not guarantees): for Thanksgiving (Thu, Nov 26, 2026), order by about Nov 9 to be safe. For the first night of Hanukkah (Fri, Dec 4, 2026), order by about Nov 16. For Christmas (Fri, Dec 25), order by about Dec 7. Carriers get slower in December, so earlier is better.
